Delivery & Returns Delivery Information Standard Delivery to a UK address is charged at £3.50. If your order value is £25 or above, you qualify for Free Delivery and the Standard Delivery charge is waived. Your purchases will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and will therefore require a signature. We will despatch your order within 1 working day. Royal Mail’s delivery service takes 1-2 working days. You should therefore expect to receive your order 2-3 days after the order has been placed and payment received. Please contact us for a price for International Deliveries prior to completing the Checkout process. Free No-Quibble Returns We hope you are happy with your purchase from Monkey and Mike. However, if for any reason you no longer wish to continue with your purchase, you can return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at returns@monkeyandmike.co.uk or by telephone on 0844 2573530 to arrange the return. In-line with the Distance Selling Regulations of 2006, you can cancel your order with us up to seven working days from the day after that on which you receive your order. We will then provide you with a full refund within 5 working days of us receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment. When returning goods to us, you will usually be required to take the goods to a Post Office and send to us via Royal Mail’s First Class Recorded Delivery service. Please obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate and a receipt. When you have returned the goods to us, please advise us of the cost of postage and we will include this with your refund. All goods need to be returned in the same, unworn, condition as you received them and in the original packaging. Any tags or stickers must remain in place. |
